Looking for jobs sucks arse!
My old company are paying for me to see an outplacement consultant though, so hopefully that will help. At least I should end up with a kick arse CV and some interview practise and tips.

Baby T is doing well still not crawling but I guess he's not the only baby who's taking his sweet time about doing stuff- Serenity's recent post made me feel much better. (note to self - must try to stop comparing him to all the other blog babies and the ones we meet). He is making a lot of different sounds though and the mum of the little girl in our mother's group who is already cruising is worried about lack of sounds so I guess we're all at it (the comparing I mean).

Last night he slept through about 12 hours straight which is the second time in a week so maybe it will become more common - he'll probably wake up loads tonight though to make up for it. He seems to have a cold again though and is all stuffed up with snot poor little man. He's also not hugely regular with pooing but the introduction of a little brown sugar seems to be helping.

I'm not sure what to do about his naps though - he usually naps from 12ish for up to 2 hours. We can get him to take another nap (max an hour) around 5 but it's a struggle and I'm begining to wonder if it would be easier to skip it and maybe just put him down for the night a bit earlier -he's currently in bed around 8. What do you think oh wise internet friends?

Finally, I'd like to say that baby giggles are the best sound in the world.
